No, because you need to be the OWNER of your brand. You can use your existing domain name or register one through service like GoDaddy. We connect your domain to your new site and ensure that your systems run smoothly.

2. Do You Provide Email Accounts?

We understand the real estate space and multifamily investing and will provide you with content and systems relevant for your industry.

3. Can I Customize The Design Of My Website?

Absolutely! We offer extensive customization options within our platform. You can personalize the design, colors, fonts, and layouts to align with your brand and preferences. You are also able to change, add or remove things as your brand grows. Our team can guide you through the customization process or make specific design changes upon request.

4. What if I Want To Get Even More Technical?

We provide you with tools to help you capture, nurture and close more leads. You get a website builder that includes most of the plugins you should need for your site, including some we’ve had custom-built. You can use our platform for your CRM & pipeline management needs, 2-way SMS marketing, unlimited funnel creation, call tracking, and analytics. You also get access to unlimited surveys and forms, your own social media scheduler for every platform, email marketing system and appointment booking system. We’ve also added AI capabilities within our platform. Content AI helps you create social posts and blogs, write copy for sites, and generate appealing emails with the power of AI. If you need a specific plugin or feature, let us know and we’ll check it out.

5. What If I Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel any time and the site will be taken down. If you decide to move to a different service, you take your domain with you since you own it. We own the design templates, however, we can help export any custom written content, if you notify us in advance.

6. What if I Already Have An Existing Website?

That’s no problem! By moving over to IMP, you will be able to enhance your current set up. If you like your design, page layouts and have a lot of content already, we will be happy to help migrate everything over and provide access to all of the resources, templates and tools that we offer with IMP.

7. How Can I Get Support If I Encounter Issues With My Website?

We provide dedicated support to our clients. If you encounter any issues or have questions about your website, simply reach out to our support team via email or our designated support channel. We strive to provide timely and effective assistance to resolve any concerns you may have.
